VMax Championships is a nonprofit aviation eSports program of Virtual Flight Academy. We place teams of students competing against each other using entry military aviation flight training as our backdrop. By engaging high performing and diverse high schools with JROTC units as participants in flight simulation competitions with veteran military aviator’s instruction and mentoring, far greater youth will have an opportunity to experience how compelling a career in military aviation can be.
